Ken has been doing comedy for over 33 years across Canada and has even entertained troops in the Middle East. Ken did comedy while being a full time teacher and after 35 years teaching Ken retired and is now know as a miserable old fart. Ken does not yell at kids to get off his lawn, he goes on stage to tell you all the things you want to hear. Ken is one of the favourite corporate comedians of Western Canada with a very adaptable routine that touches on many subjects. Ken lives in rural Alberta so his experiences of farm life makes him loved by rural communities.

Ken has been a Keynote Speaker to the Alberta Teachers Association’s First Year Teacher Convention since 2004, introducing new teachers to this amazing career.

Ken retired from teaching grades 1 to 12 after 35 years in rural Alberta. Ken has been a professional stand up comedian for over 33 years which will motivate your teachers to look at the positives of the profession, a great way to start or finish your convention. Ken’s message is a simple: we are all in one of the best professions in the world and we must try our best, but along the way we must laugh.
