Lou Eisen

Keynote Speaker
THE ANGINA MONOLOGUES is a funny, heartwarming and inspirational 30-45 minute
corporate presentation showcasing the positive therapeutic healing power of humor.
Laughter is the best medicine. Mind you, morphine through a slow drip is pretty good too.
(It should be noted that the running time of the show can be abbreviated depending on
each clients specific needs.)

The Angina Monologues is written and performed by popular Canadian comedian/actor
(Cinderella Man) Lou Eisen. On February 23rd, 2005, just months after he finished
shooting Cinderella Man, Lou suffered a massive heart attack. The Angina Monologues
shows how Lou used humor therapy to help expedite his recovery from a near fatal heart
attack. (Author’s note: If it were fatal, you wouldn’t be reading this right now.)

Specifically designed for the corporate environment, The Angina Monologues will show
you the health aspects of humor and how they can be utilized to motivate employees who
have suffered a major physical or mental trauma. The show is also a great way for
employees to relax and enjoy themselves. Easy and effective methods of stress
management through humor are highlighted. Humor enables employees to create a
harmonious work environment, which, in turn, will increase productivity.

Lou’s touching personal experiences will inspire, amuse and empower anyone who has
suffered heart trauma or know someone who has suffered heart trauma.

The Angina Monologues demonstrates how humor can improve your health, sharpen your
mental focus, and motivate you to live a healthy, happy and productive life. At the very
least, you’ll leave with a smile on your face, which, doesn’t always happen at the end of the
workday.
