One of Canada’s top entertainer’s shares the “highs and lows” of living the last twenty-three years as a Type 1 diabetic.  As both a Leo Award Winning writer and a Canadian Comedy Award nominee, Erica has traveled to Afghanistan and the North Pole to entertain the Canadian Troops as well as recorded her own “Comedy Now” special for CTV and made numerous appearances on the hit CBC Radio Show “The Debaters”. 

Her journey with diabetes, the needles, the ambulance rides and finally her decision to use an insulin pump are shared with her hilarious take on it.
